This game was developed within 2 months as contribution to the Game Jam "4th Wall Broken - Game Jam 2023".

Content: Your character has to  accomplish some tasks while trying to please the Spirit of Earth and Fire. Will you manage to do that?

What a neat little game! I'm impressed with the functionality you were able to add within 2 months! I really enjoy the concept of collecting materials in different regions to complete different tasks. I also enjoyed getting to read the villagers' dialogue while roaming around. The changing seasons make me wish there was more to do, and more to interact with, especially with the villagers. A lot of cool concepts I really enjoyed going on! 

If I had any criticism, I'd point to the signposting of certain things such as the fish and the objective arrow. I didn't realize that arrow lead me to where I needed to go until about half way through the game! It wasn't too terrible, since I got to collect materials early and the world was small enough that I was able to locate the elder quickly after. The fishing was a bit hard to notice, since I caught quite a bit of fish since I didn't think the button was working. The deer hunting seemed quite finicky too, as I sometimes shot deer without realizing, or couldn't shoot them at all.

Overall, I think it's very neat and wonderful groundwork for something bigger, should you decide to develop it further! Thanks for messaging me, I'm glad to have discovered your body of work :D

I am aware that the fishing and hunting is a bit buggy and needs some more work. I hope I can improve it with one of the next updates. 

The fact that the fishing points are not clear enough I have not yet considered, maybe I'll add a sign with a fish there.
